Specialised Treatment Maintenance, Equipment & Consumables Panel

The Specialised Treatment Maintenance, Equipment & Consumables Supply Panel consists of two Main Parts with a total of 16 Categories:

• Part A – Supply of Equipment & Consumables (Goods Agreement)
• Part B – Maintenance & Installation (Services Agreement)

Suppliers will offer goods and/or services within either one or both Parts, or one or more of a number of individual Categories. Some Categories are self-explanatory, and others have a detailed scope, though generally the Panel will consist of a broad range of Suppliers that:

1. Can provide a range of general ad-hoc specialised maintenance services, equipment and consumables required for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants and associated Infrastructure throughout Barwon Water’s operating region.

2. Possess Water and Wastewater industry expertise ensuring delivery of the relevant goods and/or services in the most cost-efficient manner.

3. Provide goods and services that comply with legislation and or/maintained to manufacturers’ standards or as agreed by both parties and ensure equipment is fully maintained, safe and fully operational.

4. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.

5. Provides Barwon Water’s Responsible Officers with the ability to seek multiple quotations from the panel as applicable in order to maintain competitive tension and allow Supplier opportunities.
