Ground Lease – Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility Horse Stable 7

Port Augusta City Council are inviting members of the community to submit an application to be considered for a ground lease for Stable no. 7 within the Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility on Prosser Street.

The current tenant will be relinquishing their lease of Stable no. 7 back to the Port Augusta City Council from such date that Council secures a new tenant for the facility. The current tenant also wishes to sell their infrastructure on the facility to the new tenant, which consists of the following:

• 2 stables – fully undercover
• 2 stables – half stable and half open yard area
• Wash down tie up bay
• 1 feed shed with power
• 1 tack shed with power
• 2 access gates
• Water connection with SA Water
• Lighting for stables

An opportunity to inspect the facility will be provided on site at 11:00am on Thursday 6 November 2025 at Stable no. 7, 2-24 Prosser Street, Port Augusta. Registrations for the inspection is required by 5pm on Wednesday 5 November 2025 to stables@portaugusta.sa.gov.au

Please note: Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee use of the facility.
