Tender Description
This is a refresh to the Whole of government contract known as Multimedia Solutions. This is for interactive panels, displays, projectors, audio-visual equipment, cameras and more.
Project goals
To rationalise the project suite and optimise value-for-money proposition to all agency. Allow ease of access and contracting to all agencies for multimedia solutions.
Scope
The supply of goods is tendered in Lots to ensure the products and services are rationalised and organised in manageable portions for the department. The following is not an exhaustive list, refer to the Part B - Specifications and other supplementary documentation for a detailed list. Lot 1 comprises of display panels such as; televisions, commercial displays, interactive panels, etc. Lot 2 comprises of cameras, still, video, web, etc. Lot 3 comprises of audio, visual and sound system products.
