Expressions Of Interest For Demolition Scope – Sea World Foundation – Wildlife Hospital

We are excitingly starting development of the new Sea World Foundation Wildlife Hospital and we look forward to providing updates on the construction of this world-class facility in due course.

Burling Brown Architects invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the demolition scope associated with the upcoming Sea World Foundation Wildlife Hospital located at Seaworld Drive, Main Beach, Queensland.

This project will be undertaken in accordance with the Queensland Charter for Local Content – Local Industry Policy: Opening Opportunities for Industry, ensuring that local suppliers and subcontractors are given full, fair, and reasonable opportunity to participate. Local suppliers are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest.

The demolition scope includes (but is not limited to):

• Demolition and removal of existing structures

• Site clearance and waste disposal

• Environmental and safety management in accordance with statutory requirements

Interested parties are invited to submit an EOI providing:

• Company profile and contact details

• Relevant project experience and licences

• Details of local workforce and subcontractor engagement
