Probity Advice for Library Project

Mosman Council is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Probity Advisor to provide independent oversight and advice throughout the procurement and governance processes associated with the Mosman Library Renewal Project. This transformative civic initiative involves the redevelopment of the Barry OKeefe Library into a modern, inclusive, and multifunctional facility. Given the scale, complexity, and public interest in the project, Council is committed to ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and fairness.

The Probity Advisor will play a critical role in supporting Councils compliance with the Local Government Act 1993, relevant procurement guidelines, and best practice governance principles. This includes oversight of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process for architectural services, the design tender phase, and any other procurement activities related to the project.
