Details: Discussion of contractual issues and site inspection only. The Respondent is to ensure they make use of the opportunity to:

correctly ascertain the suitability of the replacement Steriliser and other fitted components, in respect to the list identified in point ‘(D) i) – Suitability - Satisfaction of Physical Requirements’ in ‘Part B - Content Requirement and Respondent’s Offer’; and correctly assess the existing water, electrical and drain suitability for the Steriliser and RO plant (see also ‘(D) ii) – ‘Assessment of the existing Water, Electrical and Drain Suitability’ in ‘Part B - Content Requirement and Respondent’s Offer’).

Respondents must confirm their attendance by no later than 12:00pm (AWST), on 29 October 2025 by e-mailing EMHS.FMContracts@health.wa.gov.au and advising the names and positions of attendees.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
