Eventide Residential Aged Care Facility Hostel Building 2 Demolition

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) department invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the demolition of Hostel Building 2, located at the Charters Towers Eventide Residential Aged Care Facility. The building has been substantially damaged by fire and requires removal.

The project involves the complete demolition and removal of the structure known as Hostel Building 2, This includes:

•  Full removal of the building and all associated structures
•  Demolition and disposal of footpaths and above-ground improvements within the designated site boundary
•  Site clearance and preparation for future use
