Pest Control Services

The City of Stirling (Principal) is looking to engage a suitably qualified and resourced Contractor to perform pest control services to include reactive maintenance, routine maintenance and minor works throughout the Principal’s owned buildings as listed in the Pricing Schedule.

Works under this Contract will (predominantly) be allocated through the Facilities, Projects & Assets Business Unit (FPABU) encompassing approximately 235 buildings and 200 associated minor asset structures.

All works under this Contract must be done in accordance with the latest relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer’s specifications and codes of practice together with the requirements of all Statutory Authorities. Appropriate licenses are required for the services provided. They shall apply wholly or partially as the case may be and as necessary for the performance of the works under this Contract. In the event of conflict in interpretation, then the more stringent requirement shall be applied.

Basis of Contract Award

The minimum number of one pre-qualified contractor is anticipated to be engaged. Dependent on the outcome of the evaluation, additional pre-qualified contractors may be engaged.
