Defence Housing Australia (DHA) requires Organisational Change Management (OCM) for a transformational program focused on Digital delivery of services. The successful tenderer is to work with DHA to identify, plan and deliver the change activities required to support this program’s success, applying DHA’s enterprise change management framework and working with the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team.
