Supply, Install and Maintenance of Cardio Equipment

The City of Stirling (Principal) requires a commercial gym equipment supplier who can supply, deliver and install the required new cardiovascular equipment at Stirling Leisure – Inglewood and relocate and install the current gym equipment to other Stirling locations as advised by the Principal. The Principal is interested in trade-in the current gym equipment and if the trade-in price is not accepted, the equipment will be taken to an auction house as specified in this Specification.

The Tenderer is required to source and present quotations for appropriate financing options to support the acquisition of the specified equipment on hire basis.

Ongoing warranty and servicing of the equipment will be managed by the Contractor and will be paid directly to the Contractor (equipment supplier) in accordance with the pricing schedule. The Principal will issue purchase orders for the equipment warranty and servicing requests.
