Tender Description
The City of Salisbury (the Council) invites Tenders for the provision of Landscape Solutions Panel (the Works). The Council will enter into a Contract for Works with the successful Tenderer.
Scope:
Council undertakes a number of landscape panel work. Council Intends to create a panel of contractors who will act as Principal Contractors for Council to undertake the volume of work of low/level risk of works.
Once established, Council will seek the appropriate number of quotes (as mandated by Councils Procurement Policy) for each piece of work. Amendments to the panel composition will be at the sole discretion of Council. Please note this will be a standing offer arrangement therefore Council does not guarantee it will engage any Contractor or place any minimum quantity or value of orders for Works.
The aim of this Procurement is to identify and engage suitably qualified Contractors into this Panel for panel works under $400,000
Works may include but are not limited to:
- Small to medium low level/risk projects for works under $400,000
- General Landscape Works
- Feature Landscape Works
- Reserve upgrades
- Verge developments
- Playground upgrades
SCOPE OF WORK GENERALLY
This project is part of an ongoing program to improve the function and standard of reserves and playgrounds within the City of Salisbury to better meet the needs of the community. In general the scope of works for this project is as follows – all in accordance with The Drawings:

• Granitic sand path
• Paving
• Concrete
• Asphalt
• Furniture & Fixings – Tamper proof screws must be used on all fixings
- 4x4m Shelter and picnic setting on concrete pad
