Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite and Connectivity Standing Offer

Project goals

The core project goal is to establish a LEO Satellite and Connectivity Standing Offer for use by whole of NSW Government.

The core objectives of the Standing Offer are as follows:

• provide flexibility to Eligible Customers to access a range of products and services from multiple suppliers.
• provide an approved contracting framework for Eligible Customers to procure standardised LEO satellite hardware, software and services with baseline pricing.
• provide Eligible Customers with access to new technology as it becomes available to market by allowing suppliers to update their products and services when required and managed by NSWTA.
• provide Eligible Customers with the ability to select tailored technology solutions by purchasing individual hardware, services and complete bundled solutions.
• provide a consolidated approach which reduces the tendering burden on Eligible Buyers as well as Supplier resources; and
• allow NSWTA to lead innovation across NSW Government for LEO Satellite solutions.

The Supplier's Activities are to deliver products and services against the following Standing Offer categories:

• LEO Satellite Hardware and Software
• Satellite Service Plans
• Connectivity Hardware and Software
• Bundled Solutions
• Ancillary Support Services
