Design, supply, installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of digital IP-based CCTV System.

The Housing Authority has recently acquired a 236-room serviced apartment building for conversion into long term residential rental accommodation for social and affordable housing purposes.

10 Adelaide Terrace, in East Perth, is currently undergoing preparation works for the re-purposing of the building.

The Property is fitted with an existing security system which is at end of life and no longer fit-for-purpose for the proposed building use. The existing system includes:

• 8x PACOM DVR devices
• 1x Hikvision TVR
• 82x CCTV cameras

The security scope of work is for the design, supply, installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of a digital IP-based CCTV System.

Ancillary works carried out by the Security Contractor shall include:

• Project management of the security scope of works.
• Project coordination with other services trades to ensure timely and successful completion of the security scope of working, including on-site and off-site project meetings as and when required.
• Builders Works, including painting, patching, support structures, fire rating and general make good.
• Project Documentation.
• User training.
• Maintenance during the defects liability period (DLP).
• The CCTV System provided by the Security Contractor shall consist of the specifications identified within Attachments of the RFP.
