OPC is looking for a singular ICT Commercial Consultant to provide expert commercial advisory and procurement leadership for OPC’s Nimbus programme. This role is responsible for developing and executing market engagement strategies, managing complex ICT procurement activities, and ensuring robust contract governance and supplier performance frameworks.

Key deliverables include: Preparing market approach documentation (RFQ/RFI packs, evaluation criteria, probity plans) Leading negotiations and establishing contract management plans and registers Implementing commercial risk management and reporting frameworks Driving value-for-money outcomes through competitive procurement processes Facilitating knowledge transfer to internal teams via templates, playbooks, and handover artefacts.

The consultant will work closely with OPC stakeholders to mitigate contractual risks, accelerate delivery, and strengthen compliance, while building internal capability for sustainable ICT procurement practices.
