RetireAustralia is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to form a panel of suppliers for the delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services across 29 sites located in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. This Request for Tender (RFT) covers 32 service categories, and Suppliers may tender for one or more categories based on their capabilities, qualifications, and capacity to deliver the required services.
The purpose of this Request for Tender is to establish a Panel of pre-qualified suppliers who will be available for engagement by RetireAustralia villages as required. Successful tenderers will be awarded a three-year Master Goods and Services Agreement and will form part of the Panel for the term of the agreement.
Panel suppliers may be engaged for reactive, ad hoc works and will also be invited to participate in Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for programmed and preventative maintenance activities.
Please note: Appointment to the Panel does not guarantee any minimum volume or value of work. Engagements will be on an as-needed basis, in accordance with operational requirements.
Tenderers MUST meet all Mandatory Business Requirements to be eligible to submit a bid. Tenderers who do not meet all Mandatory Business Requirements will not be considered and should not submit a tender.

2. Auto door + roller door + boom gate maintenance
3. Bin cleaning
4. Cleaning
5. Cleaning + laundry + washroom products
6. Commercial kitchen equipment cleaning + maintenance
7. Electrical
8. First aid kit supplies
9. Golf buggy maintenance
10. Grease trap cleaning (waste removal)
11. Grounds maintenance (landscaping, gardening and lawn mowing services)
12. Gutter cleaning
13. Gym equipment maintenance
14. Handyman
15. HVAC + refrigeration
16. Hygiene + medical waste removal
17. Kitchen cooking oil supply
18. Kitchen duct cleaning + certification for fire compliance
19. Laundry + linen hire
20. Lawn bowl maintenance
21. Legionella testing and certification
22. Pest control
23. Plumbing
24. Pool maintenance (testing and chemical supply) (pumps and pools)
25. Pressure cleaning and sealing
26. Security guards
27. Security monitoring (CCTV + Alarms)
28. Steam cleaning (carpets and upholstery)
29. Testing and tagging
30. Thermal imagining
31. Waste + green waste + secure waste + recycling management
32. Window cleaning
