East Arnhem Region - Groote Eylandt - Umbakumba Road - Repairs and Maintenance of Pavement and Drainage for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

Delivering scheduled and responsive maintenance for the NT Government–managed sealed Umbakumba Road on Groote Eylandt in the East Arnhem Region.

Includes:

•  Cyclical maintenance grading activities including Open, Maintenance, Invert and Full grading.
•  Storm damage road and drainage repairs

Sealed Rural Road Maintenance works on the rural sealed road network include:

•  Edge break repairs
•  Surface pothole repairs
•  Minor areas of sealing activities
•  Sealed shoulder grading

Other works not scheduled but in keeping with the nature of the contract may be ordered at the discretion of the Superintendent.
