Electronic Security Panel Contract

SAPOL’s Physical Assets Services Branch (PASB) have been successful in becoming self-accredited to deliver capital projects/works up to $4M directly. PASB are now seeking to engage one or more contractors to establish an Electronic Security Panel Contract arrangement (Panel) to meet a range of goods and services requirements as part of any small, low-risk, minor projects/works delivered at SAPOL sites state-wide.

The expected outcomes of this Panel are that Panel contractors will be capable of delivering Electronic Security requirements to SAPOL sites, including, but not limited to:

- Closed Circuit television (CCTV);

- Security and Access Control systems including barriers, gates, doors, sliding doors, roller doors and emergency exits;

- Fibre and Data Cabling;

- Duress Systems;

- Gallagher Security Products;

- 24/7 Monitoring; and

- End to end solutions covering security audits, design, installation, integration & maintenance.

Panel contractors will be capable of providing these services to SAPOL sites within the South Australian metropolitan area. Additionally, the Panel seeks to include contractors with the capability of delivering the services in regional SAPOL locations, including in the Eyre Peninsula, Far North, Fleurieu Peninsula, Kangaroo island, Limestone Coast, Mid North and Yorke Peninsula; and the Panel arrangement will have a maximum contract term of 5 years (initial term of 3 years plus a single 2-year extension option at the discretion of SAPOL).

Suppliers can submit Offers to supply the full range of Electronic Security requirements listed above, or to supply select requirements only. Within their Offer, Suppliers can nominate to deliver projects state-wide, or within specific regions only.
