Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Block 9 first floor classroom upgrades at South Metropolitan TAFE Thornlie Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to alterations and renovations, internal wall and ceiling works, painting, flooring, install of fittings, and electrical works.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Burslem Drive, Thornlie on 29 Oct, 2025 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at SM TAFE Thornlie Campus. The location of the briefing will be Burslem Drive, Thornlie WA 6108.
