Wyatt Park - Grandstand Renewal

Cumberland Council is seeking experienced and qualified companies or contractors for remedial works at the Lidcombe Wyatt Oval – Grandstand. The scope includes the supply of all material, machinery, labour, supervision, resources, permits, insurances, and conditions required for the completion of works.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
