The Adelaide Central Market Authority (ACMA) is responsible for the commercial, operational management and marketing of the Adelaide Central Markets, and is a subsidiary of the City of Adelaide (CoA).

The City of Adelaide has finalised the sale of the air rights above the ground floor of the Market adjacent to the ‘existing Market’, with Developer ICD Property. The sale will deliver the ground floor back to ACMA, which will double the footprint of the Market, adding area for an additional 53 retailers to form One Market upon completion.

ICD will develop and own the level 1 retail (including a supermarket and retail services) with a hotel and apartments above.

ACMA has a retail strategy that sets out the core principles and leasing aspirations for the development. Leasing is currently underway. Critical to the success of the extension is the curation and delivery of the retail fit outs and the alignment to the design and operating philosophy of the existing Market areas.

ACMA invites proposals or submissions (Consultancy Proposal) for the performance of the services as specified in this Consultancy Brief and Request for Proposal (RFP).
