⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council invites Tenders for an amenities upgrade in the Goolwa Recreation Centre, 20 Glendale Grove, Goolwa, South Australia.

Council is seeking a contractor to undertake a refurbishment of amenities including the Uni-sex disabled toilet facility, male and female toilets and male & female changerooms at the Goolwa Recreation Centre.

There are 5 wet areas in need of renewal.

Works are to include

Renewal of worn & aging fixtures,
Update to lighting and ventilation,
Modification of disabled toilet to comply with standards &
Minor roof maintenance

Details are outlined in Section D of the RFT documentation, and the Tender Issue Drawings.

Alexandrina Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Tenderer.
