Bowen Aerodrome Hangar Licence Opportunity

Whitsunday Regional Council ‘the Licensor’ is seeking a suitable licensee to occupy a hangar ‘the Hangar’ at the Bowen Aerodrome.

The Licensor has recently taken ownership of the Hangar that was built by a previous licensee. The Hangar is currently empty. The specification of the Hangar is 14m x 9m and is suitable for a small general aviation aircraft.

Council will consider both private and commercial use of the hangar. Tenderers are invited to propose usage that aligns with their operational needs, subject to compliance with all relevant regulations and Council’s terms and conditions.
