Collection & Recycling of Mattresses from Verge and Operation Centre

The City of Melville is seeking a suitably experienced and equipped Contractor to collect and recycle mattresses from the City Operation Centre (13 Bramanti Road, Murdoch) and verges in various locations across the City, if required.

All remaining verge waste will be collected by City fleet.

The Contract period is for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) additional one-year option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the services under the Contract. Please note the City does not guarantee the amount of work which will be required as part of this Contract.

For additional items not included in the Pricing Schedule but that fall within the general scope of this Contract and are requested by the City, the Contractor shall provide a written quote to the City for approval. If the City is not satisfied with the quote received, the City reserves the right to request a revision to the quote or engage a contractor outside of this Contract or the City will organise the collection of the additional items.
