Supply of Electrical Maintenance services

The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the supply of Electrical Maintenance Services in various locations across the City including but not limited to Buildings, Reserves, Carparks and Public Access Ways. Electrical maintenance for Irrigation cabinets and accessories does not form part of this Contract.

The Contract period is for an initial term of two (2) years with four (4) additional 12-month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the services under the Contract. Please note the City does not guarantee the amount of work which will form part of this Contract.
