Provison of Permanent Recruitment Services Panel

SA Water Corporation (the “Principal”) invites tenders from potential suppliers for the provision of Permanent Recruitment services.

SA Water has an ongoing requirement for recruitment services, engaging with professional employment agencies provides additional resourcing for our Talent Acquisition team. Outsourcing of permanent recruitment services will be limited to senior, strategic and hard to fill roles. We are seeking to establish standing offer arrangements with suitably qualified and experienced recruitment organisations for the provision of recruitment services.

The standing offer arrangement will commence in February 2026, for a 3 year period with an option to extend for 2 additional years.

Please note that SA Water now conducts its tender process using SA Water’s Supplier Portal , please see the ‘ How to access SA Water’s public requests for proposal ’ instructions located under the ‘Specification Documents’ section to view the tender and participate in the RFx.

Supplier proposal’s MUST NOT be uploaded to SA Tenders & Contracts, , MUST NOT be submitted as hardcopy and instead must only be uploaded to SA Water’s Supplier Portal .
