Expressions of Interest are called for helicopter contractors for assistance for the 2026 Calendar Year, for resupply, in case of activation of Richmond Shire Council’s Local Disaster Management Plan.

Interested parties should state the following in writing:

• Number of seats/capacity of aircraft (kg)/cost of hire
• Whether wet/dry hire
• If dry hire must estimate cost of fuel per litre
• Nominated cost per hour
• GST inclusive/exclusive
• Other incidentals
• Name of Company/ Individual and ABN number (If applicable)
• Name of bank and bank account details for EFT Payment
• Contact details including any satellite phone number
• Public liability insurance
• CASA Certification – Charter of Air Service only
• Location of base
• Any other relevant information
