Scope
TAFE NSW is seeking a provider to deliver a dual-stream, equity-led research initiative focused on identifying the barriers and enablers for Aboriginal (including Torres Strait Islander) and multicultural women in manufacturing education and employment. The project will inform culturally grounded, scalable interventions to be piloted across Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (MCoEs) in Wetherill Park, Wollongong, and Tighes Hill.
The successful provider will be required to design and deliver the research streams, establish baseline data using culturally responsive methods, engage with learners, communities, industry, and TAFE NSW staff, development of a roadmap outlining recommended interventions, implementation and evaluation of pilot programs including interim and final reporting, recommendations for continuous improvement and compliance with ethical, legislative, and cultural standards.
