Electrical Upgrades - Two (2) DOE Nominated Sites

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical upgrades at the below two (2) DOE nominated sites:

• Kewdale Primary School
• Serpentine Primary School

The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of switchboards, new pits, and replacement of conduits and cabling. Works to be carried out outside of school operating times, with school holidays preferable.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at each site within, Perth on 30 Oct, 2025 9:30 AM.

Non-mandatory site briefings will be held at the two (2) nominated premises. The location of the briefings will be at the addresses below:

• Kewdale Primary School: 264 Kew Street, Kewdale WA 6105 (9:30AM)
• Serpentine Primary School: Lefroy Street, Serpentine WA 6125 (11:30AM)
