Provision of Cloud-Based Human Capital Management System

The Principal is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to supply and implement a cloud-based Human Capital Management System (HCMS). The scope of this RFT includes system implementation, configuration, training, data migration, integration, and ongoing support services.

The selected HCMS must support the full employee lifecycle, including core HR, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and workforce reporting and analytics.

The objective is to implement a modern, integrated solution that will replace Council’s current fragmented systems and processes, enable data-driven workforce planning, support legislative compliance, and deliver a streamlined and consistent employee experience.
