Request for EOI for Marquee Temporary Infrastructure Panel

Project goals

The objective of this RFEOI is to short-list capable marquee hire suppliers that can satisfy the minimum RFEOI requirements to participate in the next stage RFP process.

Scope

Proponents who are successful in this Stage 1 RFEOI may be invited to participate in a future Stage 2 RFP event, at the sole discretion of TfNSW.

TfNSW intends to establish a panel of pre-qualified marquee hire service providers (the Marquee Panel) that TfNSW can engage on an ad-hoc basis, as and when required, to undertake the supply, delivery, installation and removal of temporary marquee infrastructure with the relevant certification that supplier's marquees adhere to AS/NZS 1170 Structural Design Actions and are covered by the Building Code ofAustralia, at pre-determined schedules of rates, to support contingency bussing services (such as rail replacement bussing, special events bussing and other temporarytransport operations) throughout Greater Sydney and Outer Metropolitan transport network.

All marquee suppliers that are able to provide the services are invited to submit an EOI.
