Council wishes to engage a lessee/licensee to occupy areas of the Crown Street Mall public domain, as shown on the plans attached to the proposed Hire Agreement for the purposes of holding the following two weekly outdoor markets:
Thursday evening "foodies" market, and Friday produce and creative traders market for a period of two years with option/s to extend for a further term of two x one-year options (2 + 1 + 1), exercisable at the sole discretion of Counc
