DCCEEW requires the M365 Copilot support, intended to enable, enhance, and embed Microsoft 365 Copilot capability within the organisation during a 3-month trial period. The engagement is specifically targeted at supporting senior executives and the ICT support function, covering the period from 25 September to February 2026 and assistance in shaping the longer-term operational model for supporting AI in the department.

The services will leverage experts in M365 Copilot AI to deliver high-touch VIP support for senior executives, facilitate masterclass training sessions, develop ICT support knowledge articles within ServiceNow, and conduct capability uplift sessions for ICT support staff to embed longer term capability into the team.
