Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Block 8 roof replacement works at SM TAFE Thornlie Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition works, install of roof sheeting, flashings, and insulation, and relevant electrical works. Works are to be carried out during Christmas 2025 break only.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Burslem Drive, Thornlie on 27 Oct, 2025 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at SM TAFE Thornlie Campus. The location of the briefing will be Burslem Drive, Thornlie WA 6108.
