Project goals
Homes NSW is inviting developers (’Respondents’) to submit their responses to partner with Homes NSW on new redevelopment projects on Homes NSW properties located in Hillsdale, Pagewood and Sylvania.
Through partnering with all levels of government, the private sector and communities to confront the housing crisis, Homes NSW’s aims to make sure NSW is a place where everyone has access to safe and secure housing.
Scope
NSW developers (‘Respondents’) are invited to submit a response that demonstrates the capability and experience to:
- Partner with Homes NSW on the redevelopment of projects ranging from 179 to 484 homes.
- Complete design and construction readiness for social housing.
- Deliver social housing stages in alignment with contracted milestones.
- Plan, design and purchase rights to market housing delivery where proposed.
- Support ongoing management and community engagement aligned with Homes NSW’s strategic objectives.
This Request for Proposals represents a key stage in the procurement process to identify the preferred partners for the delivery of social and market housing developments in New South Wales.
