Request For Tender - Cairns Jockey Club - Design and Construct Machinery Shed

Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for the provision of Design and Construction of Machinery Shed in Cairns Jockey Club.

The successful Tenderer will be engaged via Racing Queensland’s Design and Works agreement to complete the works.

Offers may only be submitted electronically through the etender portal. The closing time and date nominated in this Request For Tender is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.

Optional Site Meeting: An optional site meeting may be arranged subject to the level of interest received from tenderers. Tenderers who wish to attend are requested to indicate their interest via email to Procurement@racingqueensland.com.au by 27th October 2025.

If sufficient interest is received, a site meeting will be scheduled, and the details (date, time, and location) will be advised via email to all interested tenderers.
