This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
NIAA is seeking Project Management services to support the transition to a new ICT platform for the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES), a key government initiative scheduled to launch in the 2027–28 financial year. The successful provider will supply a Senior ICT Project Manager to lead this transition, ensuring the delivery of a modern, secure, and stable system that addresses current accessibility, stability, and security challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end project planning and delivery
- Development and maintenance of project artefacts
- Stakeholder engagement and coordination
- Project reporting and governance
- Oversight of system transition activities
- Preparation of a Cabinet Submission for the 2026–27 Budget
- Conducting a Post Implementation Review (PIR)
- Supporting other strategic initiatives and projects within the ICT Data and Systems Branch
- Performing other duties as required and directed
This engagement is critical to enabling the Government to continue delivering effective employment services to remote Australians and advancing its digital service capabilities. The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget.
