Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Fencing Services

⁠⁠⁠The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Fencing Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Fencing Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, installation, and minor capital works associated with fencing and gates across Council-owned buildings, facilities, and open spaces. Services include the supply, installation, repair, and modification of fencing systems to maintain safety, security, and amenity.

The Contractor is required to undertake all works in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, statutory requirements, and Council specifications. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
