Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Plastering Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Plastering Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Plastering Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, and minor capital works associated with plasterboard, render, and related finishes in Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the installation, repair, patching, and finishing of plaster surfaces to maintain appearance, functionality, and safety.

The Contractor is required to carry out all works in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and Council requirements. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
