Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Roofing Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Roofing Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Roofing Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, and minor capital works to roof structures and coverings across Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the inspection, repair, replacement, and installation of roofing materials and associated components to maintain building integrity, safety, and weatherproofing.

The Contractor is required to carry out all roofing works in accordance with statutory requirements, relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and Council requirements. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
