Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Mechanical (HVAC) Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Mechanical (HVAC) Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Mechanical Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, servicing, and minor capital works to mechanical heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the inspection, testing, repair, and replacement of reverse-cycle air conditioners, split systems, packaged units, exhaust fans, and associated mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

The Contractor is required to undertake all works in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, statutory requirements, and relevant Australian Standards. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
