Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Joinery Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Joinery Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Joinery Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, fabrication, and minor capital works associated with joinery elements in Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the supply, installation, repair, and modification of internal and external joinery items to maintain functionality, safety, and presentation.

The Contractor is required to undertake all works in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and Council requirements. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
