Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Flooring Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Flooring Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Flooring Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, and minor capital works associated with floor finishes in Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the supply, installation, repair, and replacement of a variety of floor coverings and finishes to ensure safe, durable, and compliant surfaces suitable for community use.

The Contractor is required to undertake works in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and Council requirements. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
