Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Concreting Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Concreting Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

The Concreting Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, and minor capital works involving concrete structures across Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include, but are not limited to, the demolition, preparation, placement, repair, and finishing of concrete in compliance with relevant Australian Standards and Council requirements.

The Contractor is required to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality finish, while coordinating with other trades where required. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a contractor quotation.
