Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Electrical Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Electrical services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

This contract is part of the Council's long-term commitment to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient management of its diverse portfolio, which includes over 400 buildings and facilities.

The Electrical Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, testing, and minor capital works to electrical systems across Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, lighting, power outlets, switchboards, safety systems, and other electrical equipment.

The Contractor is required to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements, Australian Standards, and industry best practice. The Contractor must respond to both routine and urgent requests as directed by Council and provide certification and test records where required. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a contractor quotation.
