Triennial Tenders 2026-2028 - Building & Carpentry Services

The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Building and Carpentry services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.

This contract is part of the Council's long-term commitment to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient management of its diverse portfolio, which includes over 400 buildings and facilities.

The services covered by this contract encompass aspects such as planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, emergency maintenance, building compliance, and minor capital works throughout the portfolio.
