Registration of Tenderers - St John's Anglican College Aquatic Centre - Stage 2

Expressions of Interest are called from suitably experienced builders wishing to be included on the tender panel for the above project which is anticipated to go to tender in November 2025.

Project consists of:

• Construction of a new Grandstand and pool concourse with 4 no changerooms, basement workshop, storerooms and admin areas

• Total Gross floor area of proposed works is approximately 1,700 m2.
