A significant part of Aurora Energy's response to recent changes in the Tasmanian energy market has been to digitalise the customer experience. Aurora+ has been developed as a digital product that provides the customer with knowledge, transparency and convenience to effectively manage their energy needs. Aurora Energy continues to invest in a digital product pipeline with additional products to be released in the near future, including one targeted at small to medium sized businesses in Tasmania.

Aurora Energy invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified and experienced suppliers in the following areas:

• Strategic Advisory & Consulting Services
• Cyber Security Services
• Digital Services

Aurora Energy seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of services and capabilities that may be available. Hence, this EOI process is expected to be the first stage of a two-stage procurement process where the second stage is anticipated to be a Request for Proposal (RFP) to selected Respondents to this EOI.
