Otautau Wreys Bush Area Pavement Rehabilitations 2025/2026

This contract is for the construction of pavement rehabilitations as described in Project Specification 15.2.1.

This contract is a ‘Measure and Value’ contract as defined by General Conditions of Contract, Clause 2.1.1.

The principal is seeking a contractor who will:

a) Provide value for money and increased price certainty in the procurement and construction of this project

b) Implement proactive strategies to enable the timely completion of the contract works.

Tenderers should demonstrate in their tenders that they understand the requirements of the tender documents. They should also show that they can provide the necessary resources and commitment to successfully complete the contract works to meet the above expectations.
