Sydney Olympic Park Authority - Roads, Shared Pathways and Car Park Maintenance
Project goals
This procurement activity is for the operational inspection of Roads, Shared Pathways and Car Parks at Sydney Olympic Park and associated reporting. Objectives are as follows:
- Mitigate risk to the general public and the Authority by ensuring Roads, Shared Pathways and Car Parks are free of any needed work that may provoke comments in relation to the appearance, compliance with relevant Australian Standards and safety.
- Provide an appropriately trained and motivated team to deliver the services required of the contract.
- Comply with all applicable Acts, Regulations, Plans License and Laws plans relevant to the service activities performed in Sydney Olympic Park.
- Demonstrate value for money (efficiency and effectiveness).
- The creation of a viable and sustainable contract that supports efficient service delivery.
- Reduce contract administration and management overheads.
- Improve performance
