Creative Australia requires the services of a contractor to provide preparatory work required to deliver an Impact Investing Demonstration Fund (‘Demonstration Fund’).
The Demonstration Fund represents a strategic initiative by Creative Australia to catalyse new pathways for financing the arts and creative industries by mobilising repayable capital in pursuit of cultural, social, and economic outcomes. In alignment with the National Cultural Policy Revive, and Creative Australia’s legislative mandate, this initiative introduces impact investing as a complementary mechanism to traditional grant-making.
Scope of Works and Deliverables
Work in collaboration with the Director Private Investment on the following scope of work:
• Materials to support fundraising activity for the demonstration fund, undertake investor landscaping and due diligence, and provide advice on investor engagement strategy.
• Comprehensive Impact Measurement and Management framework and associated monitoring.
• Governance materials for the demonstration fund.
• Communications plan and accompanying communications material for the demonstration fund.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity and relevant licenses, accreditations to fulfil the RFQ requirements.
